You may return an item in new, unopened/unused condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) please contact us and we will send you a Pre-Paid label to send it back. You should expect to receive your refund within 24-48 business hours of the receiving of the package in our location, however, in some cases it may take longer depending on your credit card issuer processing time.
If you need to return an item, simply email us at admin@tacticalcloseout.com with your order number and we will issue the return.
